Registration
To enroll in a class you can either Email, call our office directly
or click on the "Enroll Me" link next to the course you wish to enroll in.
We are hoping to add online payment for credit card in the near future.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards, corporate checks and
pre-approved purchase orders. All payments are due at time or
registration.
If paying with a check, they should be made payable to CSC and Associates,
LLC and mailed to PO Box 547, Camden, DE 19934. Payment must be
received at least five (5) days prior to start of class.
Returning Students
We value repeat business. All students are entitled to
a returning student discount. There are a few exceptions. Please
contact your salesperson for more information.
Cancellations
Technical Classes
Any cancellation for a technical class
within ten (10) working days with not be refunded. The class can be
rescheduled but will incur a $150 change fee.
Application Classes
Any cancellation for a technical class
within ten (10) working days with not be refunded. The class can be
rescheduled but will incur a $50 change fee.
No-Show
A no-show for class will be billed the full
fee for the course with no refunds.
Substitutions
Substitutions of students can be made at
any time, including during the class, without incurring any charges.
Satisfaction
We strive to make every customers feel like our only customer.
If you are unhappy for any reason, you may retake the class till you are happy
or receive a refund. Some restrictions do apply. Please contact your
sales person for more details.
Auditing
CSC and Associates knows there is much information to be
retained during a class. We have established an auditing policy for prior
students who would like a refresher of a class they have sat. For up to
one year from the end date of a class, a student many retake the same class at
no additional charge. The only catch is the class much be running with an
open seat, and they bring their courseware from the original class (or purchase
new courseware at current prices)
Weather
Any time you are concerned if class is going to run due to the
weather, just call our main number. We will be following Caesar Rodney
School District delayed opening. On days when the school district is closed due to inclement weather, we will have a recording with the
open or closed status of our office.
